• Products such as smoked meats, fermented bamboo shoots, and perishable items will be shipped via express courier to ensure freshness.

• Orders containing perishable items are not eligible for free shipping.

• You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

6. Return and Refund Policy

• Perishable Products: Due to the nature of perishable products such as meats, fermented items, and fresh produce, returns and refunds are not accepted.

• Non-Perishable Products: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with order details and images of the product.

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

7. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched.

• Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.
