1. Return & Refund Eligibility

Fresh Items (Vegetables & Non-Veg Products)

  • No Returns or Refunds: Due to the perishable nature of fresh vegetables and non-vegetarian items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for these products.
  • Delivery Limitation: Some fresh products are only available for delivery in Delhi and are not shipped to other states to maintain quality and freshness.

Dried & Smoked Products

We accept returns and provide refunds only in the following cases:

  • Product Mismatch – If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
  • Damaged in Transit – If the product arrives damaged or in an unusable condition.
  • Packaging Issues – If the product is missing essential packaging or is tampered with.

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Report the Issue: Contact us at northeastkart@gmail.com or call our customer care within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide Proof: Share clear images or videos of the issue (wrong product, damaged item, or tampered packaging).
  3. Approval & Process: Once verified, we will initiate the return pickup (if applicable) and process your refund or replacement.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited via the original payment method.
  • In case of replacement requests, we will dispatch the correct product at the earliest.

4. Important Notes

  • No returns or refunds will be accepted for reasons such as personal taste preferences.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging (where applicable) for return eligibility.
