How do I place an order?
What payment methods do you accept?
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or canceled within a limited time before dispatch. Contact customer support for assistance.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery charges will be applicable for orders within Delhi NCR. The buyer will need to pay the delivery fee directly at the time of delivery. Orders will be sent through Uber Courier or Porter Bike Delivery for fast and secure service.
- Delhi NCR: Same-day or next-day delivery (depending on service availability).
- Rest of India: Delivery times vary based on location, usually within 2-5 business days.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect products. Please report issues within 24 hours of delivery.
How do I request a refund?
Contact our support team with order details and images (if required).
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not accept exchange, however in some case we will replace with the same item.
